We will try to schedule your appointment as soon as possible.

 If you are being  referred by another physician, please bring appropriate lab and medical records with you. This will make your visit more rewarding.

If you need a referral for your visit, please bring it. You cannot be seen without your referral.

If you are in need of an urgent visit, please inform us.

Scheduling a Procedure (Upper Endoscopy, Colonoscopy)

If you have already been seen in the office and need to schedule a procedure, please call the office and speak to Cara. If you have not yet been seen, please make an appointment. You need to be medically evaluated with a consultation. The procedure will then be discussed with you, along with the pros and cons if any.This also applies for screening colonoscopy.
