We participate with almost all insurance companies, but not all. Please check with our office when you make an appointment.

Medicare

We do accept medicare assignment. This means we are paid 80% of medicare rates. The 20% remaining is the patient's responsibility. This is either covered by your secondary insurance, or to be paid personally.

Non-Medicare

If you have a co-payment,it is collected up front, at  the visit.

We will submit your primary and secondary insurance claims.

We will do all we can to assist you in having your claims paid.

If your insurance company doesn't pay, we will do all we can do to get your claim processed. If we are unsuccessful, we will set up a payment plan.

If you have a specific financial situation, please make us aware of it. We will try to work out an arrangement that will suit your situation.
